I had a good experience with JMH Realty in Art Museum area when I looked and rented an apartment with them. Staff nice, website easy to work with and they helped / were receptive to the problems / maint issues when we had them.

This summer I moved into a place on 29th Street managed by JMH, and they have been nothing but helpful. There are good and bad property managers in Philly and JMH is one of the best. I took the word of a...

In the summer of 2006 I rented out a beautiful apt in the Art Museum neighborhood from JMH Realty Concepts. I fell in love with this neighborhood, especially Green, Wallace, and Mt. Vernon Streets. My...

JMH Realty Concepts is one of your neighborhood Rental Agencies. They can help you find an apartment free of any "finders fees". You do of course have to have a good credit history and an income that coverr your rent. My experience with them is for the most part positive. I would recommend them to others. They keep my apartment in very good shape. They even refill my fire extinguisher each yeah and change the hallway light bulbs free of charge for me. They have some of the most beautiful and sought after apartments and condos this neighborhood has to offer.

I don't know where these other people come from, but I rented two apartments from JMH and both times the apartments were clean, and well maintained, and reasonably priced. The office staff, while pretty busy, were none the less very profressional. I've sent several friends to them. A few rented and are pleased. Even the one's who didn't rent said nice things. The idiot who wrote the other revieiw doesn't even know enough to realize that JMH doesn't buy or own any of the apartments they manage. My advice is to check them out yourself and make your own decision.

I read the other reviews and have to disagree with some things. Maybe it's because I'm a little older, have owned my own home, and have rented many apartments before, but I found JMH to be very good. In fact,...
